Jesimary is a hard-working mother of two adult children who have disabilities. She started having severe pain in the right side of her stomach in mid-August.

Jesimary, 56, went for an ultrasound to investigate her stomach pain. The scan showed cysts, and a CT scan confirmed hepatic cyst - fluid-filled pockets in her liver. The doctor advised immediate surgical removal. She underwent the operation the next day and went home four days later in good health.

Jesimary is widowed and supports her two children with her work in a grocery shop. Her son, Sebastian, is in the sponsorship program, and her daughter Nancy earns a little income in the photocopier shop. But their household income cannot cover Jesimary's bills, which came to $1,151.78 CAD.

The Tamil sponsor site has therefore requested financial assistance on Jesimary's behalf. The funds will cover her consultation fees, lab test and scans, medicine injection, operating room charges, and dressings.
